Cashew Cheese

2/3c cashews

1/4c salsa

2-3T nutritional yeast

1/2t turmeric

1/4t cumin

1/2t salt

3T water from cashews 

Soak cashews in enough water to cover them for 4 hours; or boil cashews in water for 5 minutes. Combine all in blender on high until smooth texture.

Alternative:

Some people like their cheese sauce smooth smooth smooth, if this is you add 1T water at a time until you get your desired consistency.
